Jakarta Esports Intern

Esports Graphic Designer (EGD) Intern is designed for an ambitious storyteller who creates high-impact, influential deliverables for various esports assets such as promotional assets, broadcast assets, and branding kit assets. As part of Garena Esports Team, EGD Intern will explore a challenging adventure in the gaming industry, filled with passionate and emotional moments. Grit and motivation are the keys to complement the technicalities.

Job Description
  • Manage multiple creative requests assigned by the creative and content teams, and collaborate to convert ideas into high-quality designs filled with esports sense in a timely manner
  • Work with the esports broadcast teams to create multiple broadcast assets with motion effect being a plus point
  • Communicate and collaborate with both internal and external parties as part of the workflow
  • Establish and present sets of brand guidelines for various esports events
  • Assist with the ideation and development of creative concepts
  • Operate outside role as needed for other creative needs
Job Requirements
  • Final year student or fresh graduate who has an experience in graphic designing within a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in designing softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite (or other alternative/supportive softwares)
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of various design style as per trend updates and great attention to details
  • Has a strong typography skill (i.e. layouting and kerning) complemented with a passion to deliver seamless designs – in another word, able to incorporate fonts into design elements, instead of merely typing
  • Able to deliver excellent works in a timely manner
  • Familiar with esports storytelling and gaming industry
  • Able to work in a team with good communication skills and proactive attitudes
  • Reliable and organized individual that is able to work in a multi-project division with necessary project management tool
