Job Description

Create a preliminary store layout design, which includes obtaining related data for store planning and conducting a site survey

Conduct store planning, prepare the store design pack, making a store design proposal including floor plans, storefront elevations, and other studies to support design merchandising and operational requirements while adhering to design guidelines, Brand strategy, and validation from related parties

Design development throughout the project design stages, including projects review, preparing working drawings, and Landlord’s approval.

Demonstrate a working level of business knowledge and current design trends apply to assigned project

Ensures landlord approvals for store design considerations are obtained per lease requirements

Preparing BQ (Bill of Quantity)

Monitoring production and fitting out process, receiving validations reports regarding the fitting out process

Liase with other related parties including Vendors and Landlord
Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent

Have 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field

Advance in work with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Ms Office

Demonstrate visual design skills with retail design portfolio is a plus

Strong in technical of Architecture / Interior Drawing

Creative and innovative thinker

Good communications, interpersonal, and analytical thinking skill
