The primary purpose of this role is to help building consumer trust towards Disney+ Hotstar by providing advice and guidance on the creation and distribution of valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience and to drive profitable customer action.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage creative assets for Local, Regional and Global contents
Advise on content and editorial plan for regular content highlights
Liaise with SEA/APAC team for assets sourcing
Liaise with local studios for campaign implementation
Coordinate with creative agency for promotion materials development
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for on-ground marketing activities supervision
Support internal stakeholders for campaign preparation and execution
Provide advice and guidance to assure the quality of creative assets localisation
Provide advice and guidance to assure the accuracy of branding elements utilisation according to the brand guideline
Provide post campaign analysis
Basic Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing or marketing communication.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline
Strong creative and editorial skills
Strong organizational skills
Hands-on experience in managing creative assets sourcing
Experience in executing 360 marketing campaign
Experience in managing brand marketing
Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Meticulous and commitment to accuracy
Multitasker who’s eager, proactive, adaptable to change and transformation
Fluency & strong writing ability in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
Good interpersonal communication skills
Passionate about contents movies/series
