About the Role
If you’re passionate about payment tech for merchants and helping them to manage their transactions effectively, this might be the right job for you. You’ll be an integral part of the merchant payment design team which is part of the bigger family of Payments Design GoTo Financial (GTF).
As an independent product designer, you’ll work closely with the product manager, engineers, writer, researcher, Interaction Designer (IxD), and business team with minimum guidance from the design lead/manager. You’ll provide the user’s point of view to the discussions and collaborate with the rest of the product team to ensure that users will have the best solution to the issue at hand.

Merchant payment design is a small-growing team with exciting product challenges ahead. Our closest milestones are revitalizing online payment systems and unifying the payment dashboard (unifying at least 4 dashboards, web & mobile), and making them into a seamless end-to-end experience for individuals, SMB to the enterprise. You’ll have a lot of opportunities to make an impact on the fast-growing payment ecosystem, internally and externally.
This design team is a dedicated team for the Merchant Payment product team, specifically within Merchant Experience streams. Merchant Payment is responsible for building and growing the merchant payments ecosystem, through online and offline payment solutions (Card) as well as providing merchants with a productivity suite to run their businesses.
Our products line-up are merchant payment dashboards (web & mobile), online payment checkout, offline card payment, onboarding system, advanced disbursement, promotion engine, and also fraud detection system.
