ERM is seeking a dynamic Human Resources (HR) Executive & Administrator, with strong HR generalist and stakeholder engagement skills to join our Jakarta office. The ideal candidate would build key relationships with our major stakeholders, take a wider interest in our business of sustainability as well as being creative with HR solutions.

Responsibilities:
Operate as a trusted advisor and partner with business leaders/ leadership team on all “People matters”.
Work with business leaders/ leadership team to manage full spectrum of HR and escalate issues to the Regional HR team leaders when required.
Advising and managing individual or team based HR issues and problems as raised from stakeholders.
Develop HR processes, HR policies and HR procedures: ensure these are up to date & well communicated and meet legislative/best practice guidelines.
Support payroll process and ensure employee are paid accurately and on a timely basis, and process tax withholding and filing to government.
Manage social benefit (Labor insurance, National Health Insurance, pension) process and ensure the compliance.
Support on rolling out all HR Global/ Regional initiatives.
Support delivery of cyclical HR processes e.g. performance management, salary & bonus review.
Partner with the wider HR team in implementing key HR activities e.g. succession planning, talent management.
Maintain HR database in the HRIS, ensure HR data is up-to-date and accurate at all times and that an effective filing system of employee files and documents are maintained.
Deliver HR projects to ensure operation efficiency such as onboarding process, exit procedure, income tax, employee benefits, HRIS, Academy, etc. And be responsive and proactive to HR team and local staffs
Other ad hoc administration duties as required, including maintaining office services by organizing office operations and administration to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety, such as regular procurement, vendor contact, logistic, CM personal assistant, equipment.
Be a supportive and proactive role for business critical communities such as marketing, sustainability and health and safety.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/ Law / any related disciplines or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in HR generalist role.
Well versed with local employment related laws, familiar with statutory requirements and current HR practices.
Experience gained from a Multinational working environment is preferred.
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office, HRIS and able to work in a fast paced environment
Strong operational hands on experience, problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of the local labor law and other legislative requirements.
Have good command of written and spoken English
Possess high level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of company’s and personnel confidential matters and information at all times.
Highly self-motivated and must have a real drive to learn and grown.
Resourceful, proactive, reliable and committed with positive work attitude.
Able to multi task, determine priorities, organize work for maximum delivery result and meet deadlines.
Hardworking and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact well with all levels.
