Job Purpose and Impact
The PPIC Admin Planner will assist preparing and delivering production schedules and direct material requirements to collaborate ensuring a controlled flow of goods and materials to meet production requirements. In this role, you will provide complex clerical assistance to support master production planning, execution, customer service interaction, business partnership, systems and data management as well as reporting activities. Key Accountabilities
Expedite workflow and verify changes in schedules.
Provide assistance in developing master production planning, material requirements planning and production scheduling metrics.
Deliver necessary input to supply planner regarding assigned activities execution.
Verify data accuracy for production scheduling and material requirements planning activities, including calendars, material and location data.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of four years of related work experience
