  • Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Responsible for social media operations (scheduling, uploading, captioning, and executing)
  • Develop social media content that are consistent with the brand identity
  • Create editorial calendars with content that attracts new users and engages existing users
  • Work closely with the Customer Care team to reply to seller’ questions
  • Continuously run experiments to optimize the social media strategy
  • Create reports and use that data to analyse what’s working and what’s not, make suggestions
accordingly
  • Conduct social boosting trough social media ads
  • Coordinate the creation of the visuals to be used across social media and collaborate with
graphic designer
  • Make sure that design and messaging across the channels are always in-line with the branding
guideline Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, design, graphic arts, journalism, public relation
or other relevant fields
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in social media and marketing strategy, including
planning and managing content for brands
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly; a strong analytical, data-driven mindset
  • Broad knowledge of social media landscape, platforms, and technologies
  • Have interest in digital platforms, particularly in social media, and a willingness to learn more
about this digital space
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a creative/innovative mind to collaborate with
multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical abilities to read, interpret, and utilize data, and to come up with actionable
points for optimization and/or experimentation
  • Understand and able to operate social media analytics/reporting tools
  • Agile and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and
organization
