Job Description

Leading and responsible for the Project Development in collaboration with Head of Tech

Build strategy for a successful project delivery including defining the product strategy and roadmap, Planning, Leading, Organizing, and Controlling the team

Deliver PRDs (Product Requirement Document) with prioritized features and corresponding justification

Monitors and controls project scope and requirements

Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups

Implementing Project Management Software tools to ensure effective and efficient resources

Prepare, create and submit the management report and activities

Conducting proactive strategy for project deployment throughout the project

Proactively and continuously communicating with Users to ensure smooth project management handling including brief and train them as needed

Ensuring that a risk management system is implemented and monitored throughout the conceptual and execution phase of the project

Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

Have good communication skills and can be part of the team

Continue and maintain existing product to meet the requirements, improve them by time to maintain robustness, usability & reliability

Keep yourself up to date with the latest technology
Bachelor Degree preferable in Computer Science, Information Technology or related subject

Min. 3 years of working experience as Project Manager and 2 years of working experience as Software Engineer or Software Quality Assurance

Project experience includes Desktop, Web and Mobile Applications

Familiar with Project Management Tools like: Jira / Asana / Trello / Bitrix

Familiar with Flow, Design and Mockup tools like: Figma / Adobe XD / draw.io

Familiar with BDD / DDD framework and UML modeling tools

Familiar with Scrum methodology in software development

Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking

Preferably domicile in Jakarta
