  • Bachelor degree in Business or Supply Chain and having 3 years work experience n a procurement in the manufacturing sector
  • Good understanding of international trade, commercial term/Logistic and familiar with Australian company stereotypes
  • Develop new products and local suppliers (In Indonesia), act to procure for HQ office (in Australia) the needed quality in supplies, services and equipment

Role Specific/Skill abilities:

  • Work placement in an Indonesian office
  • Understand and complies with department/company procedure and policies.
  • Is customer (External/External) focused and understand the importance of timely and reliable commitment.
  • A very good understanding of international trade, commercial term/Logistic
  • Familiar with Australian company stereotypes
  • Takes ownership of ERP Modules effecting area of responsibility and ensure that data/parameters are up to date and accurate.
  • Detailed oriented persons
  • Has sound planning, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Commercial awareness and numeracy skill
  • IT literacy and ability to handle electronic data
  • Good time management ability
  • Ability to plan ahead and deal with unexpected changes.


General Responsibilities:

  • Prepare purchasing documentation comprising of (where needed) purchase order drawing and other information to enable to to proceed efficiently with manufacture regional office requirement.
  • Work with purchasing teams across APAC region for best economical supply solution for head quarter office
  • Work with other subsidiaries and Engineering team in order to find best solution for regional office.
  • Act to procure for Head Quarter office (Australia) the needed quality in supplies, services and equipment.
  • Work with team in Indonesia to agree performance V target for Head Quarter office related business
  • Develop new products and local suppliers (In Indonesia) for Head Quarter market.
  • Support business process in Indonesia to optimize planning of raw material purchase and stocking requirements by communicating Head Quarter office procurement forecast.
  • Other, reasonable, responsibilities as assigned by Primary Manager
  • Demonstrated support and embraces the business "on tract" values.
  • Conduct supplier audit on timely manner/implement vendor evaluation program in conjunction with Head Quarter Team in Australia.


Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in Business or Supply Chain
  • Minimum 3 years proven work experience in a procurement role in the manufacturing sector
  • The ability to solve problems and make decision as well as think laterally and offer active solution.
