Job Description

Contact sellers and educate them on various Shopee topics

Increase sellers’ activeness and knowledge about Shopee through our program

Increase seller's operational and sales performance through our program

Responsible for managing relationships with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding and incubation process for these sellers

Manage and resolve sellers related inquiries, issues, and escalations
Candidate must have by minimum Diploma's degree from reputable University

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Driven and motivated

Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills

Great interpersonal skills and ability to speak in public

Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
