Job Requirement

  • Min Bachelor Degree, GPA min 3.00 (Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or similar)
  • Open for Fresh Graduate or Experienced (max 2 years)
  • Have knowledge in Statistics, Time-motion Study, Teknik Antrian, and Continuous Improvement
  • Max 27 Years Old
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Job Description

  • Evaluating the performance of sub-departments in Manufacturing
  • Create and develop concepts and improvement project plans related to the findings of the performance evaluation results
  • Implement improvement projects with the manufacturing team
  • Monitoring projects implemented both independently and through continuous improvement activity
