Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and control the general plant activities in compliance with the quality plan, process procedures, and company policies.

Supervise and control the daily plant operations, including manpower, equipment, and material utilization.

To ensure that all coating processes adhere to the appropriate specifications.

To ensure that all employees under their supervision are properly trained and they understand the assigned responsibilities.

Knowledge & Skils:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or equivalent.

Required language(s): English

At least 4 year(s) of working experience as a chargehand/supervisor in the related field.

Computer literate; familiar with Ms. Word and Excel.

Good technical understanding, leadership skill and good communicator; ability to work under pressure; and willingness to work long hours.

Note: The candidate must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated (2 Doses) to apply for this position
