Job description
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
  • Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Darwinbox etc.)
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Maintain candidate databases (Darwinbox)
Requirement
  • Having experience minimum 1 year in Recruitment Area, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Willing to work under 6 months contract
  • Having work experience as a Talent Sourcer, Consultant/Head hunter, Recruiter or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven in Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet
