Responsibilities:
Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual.
Work in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant departments in an organisation, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level.
Consider the costs of planned programmes and keep within budgets.
Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme.
Develop effective induction programmes for new employees.
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
Create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning.
Manage the delivery of training and development programmes.
Evaluate training and development programmes.
Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
Administers and maintains the LMS (Learning Management System).
Responsible for preparing training metrics and results as required by management.
Develops and maintains Site Training Curricula.
Prepares Annual Training Calendar.
Class arrangements, facilities, and needed resources for training programs.
Arrange training program for new hires.
Organizes and delivers materials such as participant manuals, tent cards, visual aids for all workshops.
Provides support to the training area during audits/inspections.
Coordinates and maintains the training area resources (equipment and material).
Reconciles the department expenses.
Act as Subject matter expert (SME), train and coach others.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource with certification in training is requires.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 4-6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
