About Our Client

A market leading fashion retail company is looking for Senior Application Manager - CRM.

Job Description

  • Manage and develop CRM / CDP applications
  • Deliver the program as the technology SPOC for the vendor teams and drive end-to-end Application roadmap
  • Interpret complex business requirements and translate them into well-designed IT solutions
  • Lead CRM engagement strategy and programming and analyze application's problems & troubleshoot
  • Developing and managing team for people development purposes

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university and has minimum 5 years experience handling CRM Application
  • Expertise in CRM/CDP Application
  • Good knowledge about CRM program & application.
  • Strong strategic & analytical skill. Preferably having experience in e commerce business
  • Strong leadership with proven coordination skill, proficient in English.
