Job Description

  • Create PO (Purchase Order) in SAP based on Invoice & Packing List
  • Create Pre-booking based on the data given from Merchandisers
  • Input Article Creation Template based on Buying Plan/ Packing List/ Master Data from Merchandisers
  • Update Shipment Tracking Chart
  • Organize & update the data of Pre-booking
  • Create & maintain article, listing, pricing
  • Upload master data for New Articles into SQL & Ensure that Master Data to be uploaded in SQL are complete and correct
  • Maintain article template (update Exchange Rate, assortment for Musical Box, M-Plan, etc)

  • Minimal Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent
  • Minimal 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field, especially in Administration is required for this position (preferably from the retail industry)
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
