Managing a wide array of administrative support tasks including, but not limited to performing calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, special projects, meeting coordination and other operational tasks.
Facilitating and managing a complex calendar of appointments, using strong time management skills, as well as agenda management (i.e., initiating and following up on task items).
Verifying, creating, and submitting expense reports for assigned leaders, and assisting with expense report approval at leader’s direction.
Initiating and managing purchase orders for leader level only, while supporting teams as needed by offering guidance to their own self-directed order processing.
Preparing and/ or editing correspondences, letters, office documents, meeting minutes, reports, spreadsheets, and presentation materials for meetings, and distributing as directed
Scheduling and coordinating business meetings, operational meetings, customer meetings, conferences, events, training meetings workshops and town halls.
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience as an Assistant to Leadership level Professional(s)
Strong communications/people skills and ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
Must be able to work in a team environment, both at the management level and a department level.
Able to perform a variety of job tasks simultaneously and flexible to changing priorities and demands.
Strong workload management and critical thinking skills. Must be able to balance workload, including short-range issues and long-term planning.
