Role Summary:

Main Responsibilities:

To record and journalize all petty cash transaction daily into SAP
To deposit all cash/check received as soon as possible maximum on the next working day.
To record all cash/check received properly and accurately.
To submit all settlements the next day after it was received.
To follow up all advances and to avoid any advance past due over 2 working days.
To monitor the disbursement and authorization control implementation by the operation people through voucher/advance payment.
Submit petty cash reconciliation by the end of the month and 15th of the month
Other duties as required.

Requirement :

Bachelor Graduate
At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Good in operate computer (Office, especially Microsoft Excel)
Having systematic, well organized and detail orientation
Uphold high standards of quality ensuring accuracy
Good interpersonal and communication skill
