We are looking for Product Services Engineer who will be based in Karawang. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Leading coordination within the Operations departments and local and/or global project leaders for all activities from PRE to POST production of New Product Launches • Leading coordination on Product Resourcing, Product Revamp / Upgrades and Major Changes in Regulatory Requirements. • Providing comprehensive periodical project status reports to follow up progress, point the issues and take corrective actions with all parties involved • Collaborating with other departments exploring and executing any productivity initiatives project related to products. Make sure project tracking is maintained/updated in order to let involved parties updated • Ensuring full compliance with legal regulation, company policies and procedures and adhering to all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) rules, policies, and procedures. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Minimum have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specifically Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, & Electrical Engineering, from reputable university with 3 years working experience • Have a solid knowledge in Quality Management System, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, Project Management and Customer and Consumer Handling Management • Have familiarity with SAP, LIMS, OPEN+ will be very beneficial • Ability to work with various stakeholders and factory related environment. • Fluent in English is a mandatory, both written and verbal. • Excellent communication, writing and reporting skills WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
