Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational chemical manufacturer for the steel foundry industry. Our respected client is seeking a qualified management professional for the job of Operations Manager. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to Area Director and Regional Director.
  • Responsible for production, export, and import activities, purchasing, maintenance, logistics, warehouse, quality control, and security.
  • Responsible for all reports regarding raw materials and finished good stocks.
  • Oversees and controls production as forecasted.
  • Oversees and maintains a good working relationship with the locals around the factory.
  • Coordinate with all departments in conducting QHSE management system.
  • Arrange, approve and evaluate the purpose of QHSE in each department.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all workers and strict compliance with the safety regulations.
  • Control waste disposal as regulated.

Job Requirement:

  • Having at least 10 years of experience in the multinational chemical industry with 5 years experience as a manager.
  • Having experience handling all scope of the manufacturing process.
  • Familiar to use SAP applications.
  • Understanding the requirement of all legal and ISO 9001; 14001 and 45001.
  • Mastering to speak and write English.
  • Mastering safety procedures.
