Job Description
1. Managing daily day-to-day Creative e-production pipeline
2. Identify project request, ROI & opportunity and define priorities for Creative team
3. Monitoring compliance with Creative team’s guidelines, procedures and templates
4. Working closely with merchandisers, commercial team and campaign team to create good banners that will drive sales and traffic in Onsite
5. Prepare weekly report of finished, on-going and upcoming projects
6. Support in coordinating workflow and timelines among all the parties involved for their creative needs.
7. Create a smooth workflow to maximise efficiency
8. Create schedule and timeline to manage deadlines
9. Constantly update and remind all parties of their task and deadlines
10. Be involve in all new work request to coordinate and plan ahead for future workload. Maintain and update a central work calendar
11. Keep track of all the creative team members work load and needs.
Job Requirements
1. Have at least 3 year working experience in creative field (such as advertising agency, e-commerce, design studio)
2. Educational background: Advertising, Management, or Design
3. Excellent in time management
4. Good knowledge in graphic design and creative is desired
5.Have experience as traffic or producer or PMO in Ads agency is a plus
6. Good communication skill and fluent in English
7. Hard working and eager to deliver projects on time
7. Basic know-how in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is a plus
8. Excelled in operating Ms. Office app / Google docs
