Job Description

  • Provide juice and snacks bars items at proper quality and temperature to front line for completion
  • Prepare vegetables, fruit and other foods
  • Expedite Juice items to kitchen line for orders as taken
  • Maintain proper rotation of juice product for quality and freshness
  • Check temperature of juice products frequently to meet health code standards
  • Complete daily prep checklist in a timely manner
  • Mixing or otherwise prepare food according to recipe
  • Maintain verbal communication with front line on orders currently in que
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand
  • Load or unload trucks picking up or delivering supplies and food
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
  • Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 42 per week

Salary: From Rp80,000,000 per month
