Job Description

Job Desc :

  • Serve and respond to any question from customers properly and forward them to relevant department.
  • Support, service, helpdesk response and customer satisfaction (non-project)/after sales
  • Prepare letters, contract schedule monitoring, prepare invoice instruction, payment status monitoring, prepare commercial weekly report
  • Support to manage service engineer request
  • Communicate to customer for mobilization schedule
  • Maintain Service Database Request (SDR)
  • Support ERP & MR FBO
  • Collect time sheet & job result documents from engineer
  • Manage customer satisfaction survey

Qualification :

  • Female, max 25 years old
  • Min D3 majoring administration/management/industrial engineering
  • Exp. 1-2 years as admin support, customer service/helpdesk
  • can operate computer with excellent MS. office
  • Communicative, cooperative, detail
  • Can work under pressure
