Job Description

Job Summary:

Do you have a keen interest in the e-commerce industry? We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong strategic communication and negotiation skills who has previous experience in Sales and/or Account Management. As Senior Relationship Manager, you will have a significant impact on assisting users in achieving their targeted GMV and selling online!


Responsibilities:

  • Manage, retain, and grow the gross merchandise value (GMV) of TOP Users.
  • Maintain a good relationship with users within the contract period to ensure future renewals.
  • Develop a strategic approach for upselling SIRCLO’s services.
  • Act as the go-to person for user solutions and complaints, while also maintaining contact with them on a regular basis.
  • Work closely with users to create the most effective campaign.


Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree with more than 3 years of working experience in Sales and/or Account Management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experienced in collaborating closely with businesses in the e-commerce industry is an advantage.
