Develop monetization plan for Mitra Tokopedia Ads solution for Brands/Partners, with focus on planning and creating strategic campaigns to optimize clients business’ performance
Focus on optimizing clients’ Return on Ads Spent (ROAS) and sales uplift from marketing investment

Job Requirements
Have a strong interest and/or experience in account management, business development, sales
Bachelor degree and have minimal 2 years experience in related fields
Would be a plus to have experience in Digital Media, Online Marketing, and Advertising
Results-oriented and comfortable to be working & delivering against strict sales/revenue target
People person who enjoy building relationship and have strong negotiation skills
