Lead, motivate, and support members of HUB ops team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
Manage data collection for updating operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per customer, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary services (scan, spa, and BB fulfillment) and control via system
Work closely with legal and finance to ensure that activities remain compliant
Oversee materials and inventory for all BU Skin attributes
Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to user / VP Commercial
Leadership ability & excellent communication skills.
Two or more years of work experience as an operations manager or strong background in people management in the Beauty and Wellness Clinic
Strong budget development and oversight skills.
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of hub operations and customer service.
Acts as key contact for customer.
Accepts and processes orders for handover to operations.
Proactively informs customer on shipment status and exceptions.
May schedule field service repair calls.
Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms.
Have substantial understanding of the job.
