Responsibility of complaint management and QM Team leading:
  • Deployment of quality targets
  • Handling of customer complaint: guidance of co-investigation and 8D report inside PgP5
  • Tracking of countermeasures implementation
  • Attendance and coordination of audits (process & system-audits), customer audits
  • Document release: process chart, working instruction etc.
  • Ability to moderate PFMEA
  • Responsible for Risk Assessment Analysis (LORA) and Concession

Qualifications
  • Bachelor/Master in Electronic Engineering, in Physics or comparable qualification
  • Technical expertise of semiconductor process and product
  • Preferable someone having 5 years of job experience in semiconductor area
  • Good knowledge of 8D problem solving process
  • Familiar with international certification standards ISO9001, IATF, VDA 6.3
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to communicate as well as negotiating skills, can work closely in a team environment
  • Fluent in English language on both written and spoken
  • Working Method: structured and focused.
