Job Description:
1. Conducting activity of marketing management, administration, and also optimizing the existing human resource in effort goals attainment, improving productivity/performance branch and also the customer satisfaction.
- Suggesting sales and marketing programs to achieve yearly sales forecast.
- Developing knowledge and skills of subordinates through education & training.
2. Making strategic plan, policy, instruction and the goals of the department as according to guideline from company Head.
- Preparing yearly sales forecast
- Developing marketing strategy.
- Determining/Reviewing the existing Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) of the department.
- Giving instruction, guidance, leading, motivating and work instruction to subordinate to work efficiently and effectively so that reached the targets which have been made.
- Conducting analysis of every existing problems and also look for or give solution and take decision as according to priority by using analysis SWOT.
- Controlling budget.
- Studying and developing a new marketing strategy.
- Building and developing trademark and company's image through selling activities.
3. Ensuring department effectiveness and operation targets are met.
- Conducting decision-making according to the authority which has been given.
- Building the spirit of job subordinate and teamwork.
- Monitoring and evaluating the execution of duty and job program had been done by subordinates as well as reports/proposals of subordinates
4. Completing all reports of the department accurately and on time.
Education background: Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Economic/ Marketing/ finance/ business administration, or similar
Working Experience: At least 02 years of experience in the same position.
- Experience in building start-ups, Fintech, marketplace, technology field is advantageous.
