  • Performance Management
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance Identify opportunities for change, write reports and undertake presentations recommending courses of action
  • Ad hoc Analysis:
Provides analysis on financial and operational KPIs as required by Senior Management Perform analysis to support initiatives on specific areas e.g. expenses, claims, persistency, distribution, competitor profiles etc. Job Specification:
  • Bachelor / Master degree in accounting, finance, business, strategy, strategic management
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in strategic planning and analysis and / or management reporting experience gained from the Financial Services sector
  • Experience in Life Insurance or Financial Service industry would be advantageous
  • Detail-orientated with strong financial analytics (including monitoring, analysis and reporting performance) and comfortable handling large volumes of data
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa and English
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritise to deliver on time
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
