Responsible for production quality & value stream quality:
. Handling issue in coordinate with RtP1 production team and subcon
. Define sampling quantity
. Responsible for scrap process and block process
. Representative QM in TRB: Technical Review Board
. Contact person of quality methods
. Representative QM for machine release
. Define maintaining process landscape
. Define calibration plan and organize calibration in co-operation with PgP1
. ESD-plant coordinator & departmental ESD representative
. Other tasks as defined by Quality Section Manager

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years to 8 years working experience in the related quality semiconductor field
Bachelor/Master in Electronic Engineering, in Physics or comparable qualification
Process strong communication skills and able to work closely with various operation team members
At least 2 years of job experience in automotive area
Possess knowledge of semiconductor process and product
Strong knowledge of ESD technology and control
Knowledge in calibration of Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment is a plus
Ability to analyze production/test problems and to resolve them
Ability to implement lean processes
Ability to determine cost saving potential
Ability to understand the correlations quality, cost and delivery
Fluent in English language on both written and spoken
Working Method: structured and focused.
