Job Description

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Memastikan pelaksanaan pekerjaan diarea terlaksana sesuai jadwal.
  • Menyusun strategi, Anggaran dan Rencana Kerja Operation Departement.
  • Membuat perencanaan, evaluasi dan control biaya operational di setiap kantor cabang (Target Profit tercapai)
  • Memastikan team di area mendeliver apa yang menjadi keinginan / ekspektasi klien dan memastikan komplain ditangani responsif dan selesai.
  • Membuat Man Power Planning dari posisi operator sampai Manager (plotting, deployment, training, refresh training, counseling, coaching dan mentoring )
  • Memastikan bahwa area kerja gemilang telah memenuhi standard performance area (SPA), standard service dan ISO 9001 : 2015, 14001 dan OHSAS 18001
  • Melakukan visit ke project-project luar kota setiap bulan sehingga project akan selalu diperhatikan, dijaga, diawasi.
  • Melakukan prospek calon customer

Persyaratan

  • Pendidikan Formal : Minimal S1 Semua Jurusan
  • Maksimal umur 40 tahun
  • Pengalaman kerja Minimal 5 tahun dibidang Alih daya / Outsourcing
  • Memiliki Leadership yang Tinggi
  • Sanggup bekerja team / individu
  • Penempatan di Head Office Yogyakarta
  • Siap Melakukan Perjalanan Dinas ke Luar Kota
  • Memiliki Integritas yang baik (Bisa menjadi role model)
  • Memiliki Analitical Thinking dan problem solving
  • Mampu Bekerja di bawah Tekanan
  • Mampu bekerja dalam target
  • Terbiasa menggunakan komputer (microsoft office dan internet)
