Job Description

Carries out occasional repair work as required, following specifications and handles any unexpected problems
Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations
Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager
Follows the preventive maintenance program
Applies water hygiene procedures
To focus on details, be well organized and follow up to overcome the task as professional administrator.
Prepare monthly energy consumption reports in accordance with utility management standard.

Work Experience

Vocational certificate or diploma in electronics or technical studies, or degree in hotel maintenance
2 years of experience in a similar field
Must have practical and theoretical skills in related areas: cold-storage, air-conditioning, building pathology, water processing, Public Building regulations (ERP in France)
Knowledge and experience of associated computer applications
Languages: fluent in the national language, and English
