Job Description

  • Handling all sales administration include receiving, inputting, preparing sales order and delivery order.
  • Make sure the completeness and accurateness of all sales supporting documents.
  • Acknowledge sales order and coordinate with warehouse and logistics for delivery.
  • Proactively contacting customers to collect orders, arranging delivery, and help the handle the complaint.
  • Support data for weekly and monthly sales report.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any major with at least 1 year experience with sales administration.
  • SMK/SMU at least 2-3 years experience in Sales Administration department.
  • Understanding the internal business process related to sales work.
  • Having good attitude, initiative, and detail oriented.
  • Having good communication skills.
  • Must be available for minimum 4 months internship periods.
  • To be placed at Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah.
