Job Description

The Development Specialist will be working in Corporate Human Resources - Growth Center Kompas Gramedia.

He/She will be working in the Kognisi.id (Kompas Gramedia Learning & Insights) as a part of Growth Center's Development tribe, focusing in online learning course development.

The Development Specialist's responsibilities are:
Create, manage, integrate, and deliver best practices of learning theory into impactful learning content

Partner with external stakeholders to provide learning needs for target audience / customer

Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee learning / growth-path learning needs

Organize, develop, or source training programs to meet specific learning needs

Develop learning aids in various engaging formats (e.g., courses, games, videos, quizzes, handouts, and etc.)

Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness

Address changes and feedback to course deliverables in a timely manner

Manage and stay organized within existing training budgets
Bachelor degree from a reputable university

2 years experience in learning development and course design; creating blended learning solutions both instructor-led and self-paced learning

Highly passionate about teaching and education

Excellent project management experience

Able to apply learning principles, design, presentation, teaching, and evaluation methods

Excellent effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Able to work with a diverse population base

Able to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and deliver on deadline

Strong task completion orientation & attention to detail.
