Technical Project Specialist





YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage project timeline to ensure that all activities related product development / product transfer / improvement projects can achieve the launching target date time with the desired quality registered with the local drug agencies complying with external legal and regulatory requirements as well as Bayer corporate standards.
  • Effectively communicate, explain, and recommend to colleagues and management the results of designs, studies, and/or projects.
  • Provide technical support for the manufacturing of pharmaceutical and nutritional dosage forms. This involves planning, organizing, and executing technical projects as well as the statistical analysis of production data. Perform the execution of manufacturing process, packaging process, and cleaning process validations according to the protocol validations.
  • Managing activities in related to new regulations/initiatives (i.e. Halal/Food certifications or Cosmetics) for in-house and/or 3rd party manufacturing.
  • To support Head of Technical Support & Project Management in coordinating other functions like Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure optimum projects timeline and provide advice for Global team for Make or Buy decision.
  • To support Head of Technical Support & Project Management in coordinating non-incremental saving as impact of insourcing volume for new products or SKUs for Bayer Indonesia including any other saving due to technology transfer activities.
  • Identify and examine new raw materials used in each formulation projects as part of Supplier Qualification including to ensure availability all required activities including manufacturer audit as per directive.
  • To manage all dossier creation and provide all related regulatory documentation to ensure optimal project and product development, discussing and agreeing priorities, timelines and quality, to deliver the best possible formulation and take responsibility for raw materials selection. To take part on continues improvement in Technical Support & Project Management Department.
  • Submit proposals to the Head of Technical Support & Project Management regarding all feasible improvement for development matters.
  • To constantly train her/him-self in matters relating to her/his profession and continuously improve the communication and human relationship skill.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Preferable as apothecary/pharmacist, science and Food tech.
  • Min have experience in pharmaceutical industries 3- 5 years.
  • Professional experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, development, manufacturing,
  • quality and assessment of products. An excellent understanding of the unit operations
  • associated with the manufacture of solid and liquid pharmaceutical dosage forms.
  • Customer focus, collaborates, Instill trust, negotiation, managing complexity, plan & align, drive result.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
