Job Description

  • Take leadership in financial matters of any and all company projects and/or initiatives.
  • Provide financial counsel and analysis for proposed strategic growth and demand generation initiatives, monitor local operations performance against financial Plans/LBEs and ensure Area management is advised on exposure issues.
  • Take the leadership in developing all Plan/LBE/LRP and other forecasts for EPD Indonesia, ensuring reasonableness on an absolute, as well as, performance basis.
  • Support EPD Division Heads on new business development and contract management (entering into new business relationships/contracts).
  • Ensure adequate internal financial controls and administrative procedures are maintained for EPD.
  • Report actual monthly and quarterly financial data in compliance with Corporate Reporting requirements.
  • Develop and lead a high-performance financial workforce through effective implementation of talent acquisition and retention programs.
  • Comply with Company Code of Ethics and Corporate Governance.
