IT Manager - Textile (Based in Central Java)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Indonesian textile manufacturer. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15 years of experience in IT and SAP manufacturing systems for the job of IT Manager. The job is based in Central Java, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities:

  • Directly report to CEO.
  • Develop SAP as the main working system for the factories.
  • Manage information technology and computer systems for all group factories.
  • Plan, organise, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organisational policy.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
  • Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.


Job requirement:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Having at least 15 years of experience working in IT operations, especially developing SAP systems for manufacturing.
  • Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritise.
  • A firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
  • Willing to be placed in Central Java, Indonesia.
