Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle request from other department/brand related promo creation
  • Review new promo model and mechanism
  • Validate promo on the POS testing machine
  • Insert promo on the POS production machine
  • Monitor live promo on POS machine
  • Do some troubleshooting for any minor issue
  • Check the inactive promo more than 6 months, should be delete to all store
  • Escalation to higher level for any major issue
  • Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
  • Works together with the team to enhance and improve process and compare similar products
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements Requirements 1. 2. 3. 4. 6. 7. to apply 8.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree Information & Technology, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Good exposure to agile development practices
  • Attention to detail
  • Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good exposure to SQL
  • Good oral and written communication skills Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Having an experience in Retail Industry is plus value

Technical competency required:

MS Office 2010 or above
