Administrative Assistant (PCM Inputter) - ( 2203216 )
Job Overview:

To perform secretarial and administrative duties for the supervisor of an organizational unit.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Takes dictation and transcribes correspondence and reports.
  • Assembles detailed information gathered from research or files and prepares the information in a suitable format for the supervisor's review.
  • Maintaining requisition and records all stationary, janitorial, equipment, materials for office in the department.
  • Compiles periodic reports on the basis of general instruction.
  • Maintaining and responsible to the cleaning and the availability of any facilities in the office.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Minimum Senior High School graduate
  • Possess relevant experience
