Sourcing & shortlist potential candidates including but not limited to niche platforms, like github, other tech community platform and also working with 3rd parties (outsourcing tech provider)
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities (for complex requirement)
Arrange the interview based on comprehensive methods (behavoiurs & technical) and able to improve the short-list based on interview lesson-learned
Manage recruitment database and related platform such as Linkedin, Kalibrr, etc
Compose job offering
Manage engagement with candidate & 3rd parties
Manage & monitor onboard execution
Keep up-to-date with new technological trend and products
Experience as a tech recruiter min 6 months
Minimum Year of Experience : 2 Year(s).
