About the role: You will work directly with the Head of Marketing & Communications, agencies, program partners, stakeholders, and closely with the rest of the foundation’s and GoTo’s team. You will play a role in designing, managing, and evaluating the marketing and communication plan for the foundation and its programs. This includes but is not limited to digital, PR, partnership, e.g. social media, public relations, community partnership, digital activation.
What You Will Do:
Support Head of Marketing & Communications to maintain and protect the foundation’s and its programs’ reputation, and building brand love through strategic marketing and communication plan
Gain inspiration to ensure our communications keep updated, creative, and relevant throughout the time
Develop creative storytelling and consistent messaging through words, audio, visual across all channels
Manage the public relations activities of YABB foundation including press release, media event, digital activation
Manage social media of our programs within the timeline including content development, regular update, inquiries response, relevant engagement
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and communications activities and provide recommendations
Collaborate with internal team within GoTo Group in regards to communications alignment, and coordinate with agencies and partners to develop and execute the plan
What You Will Need:
Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in communication or marketing from reputable university
Has working experience (internship) in PR/communications/marketing
Purpose-driven to create impact in socio economic environment and beyond.
Has organizational experiences, involvement in division/organization/forum in sustainability area would be an advantage
Outstanding written, verbal, and emotional Bahasa Indonesia and English
Familiar with press release and media engagement activities, and skilled in social media activities, e.g. Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, YouTube
Eager to keep up with creative communication trends and stakeholder behaviors to deliver creative solutions and initiatives
