Job Description

Persyaratan

Minimum 5 years of experience as QC Assistant Manager in Food Manufacturing.

Minimum bachelor’s degree/S1 or equivalent of Food Technology/Food Science/Nutrition or related.

Required language: English

Having good knowledge in FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, and microbial inspection.

Experienced in internal and external audits of Food Manufacturing operations.

Having a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Have high integrity, honesty, dynamic, highly organized, good in time management, and excellent attention to detail.

Tanggung Jawab

Control and assure the products comply with the company’s quality standards.

Document the inspections and tests conducted on the company’s products.

Control, supervise, and analyze the growth of the products produced by the company.

Monitor the production process.

Verify the product’s quality.

Ensure the production process and result complies with the company’s target.

Ensure the finished product is quality checked before sending it to the clients.
