Job description:

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
Responsible for crafting content strategy, and executing the strategy.
Ensure campaigns are prioritized and executed within scheduled timelines
Collaborate with marketing and product design teams, on planning and delivery of campaigns
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Work with the team to keep social media policy, procedures and guidelines up to date and ensure they are communicated effectively
Brainstorm with associates in developing content creation
Brief associate to execute content creation and publishing
Drive associate to execute and report social media activities

Job Requirement:

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising social media campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
MS Office and Google Platform
Experience of working on large, busy social media channels
Creating & delivering content marketing programs which inform customers / prospects and drives leads & sales is a plus
Strong knowledge of Social Media platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube)
Create advertising campaigns (budget and execution plans)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines
SEO understanding / experience (nice to have)
Social media analytics tools (nice to have)
Active English (nice to have)
