Job Description and Qualifications

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • To Ensure safety working condition in workshop is maintained and prevent environmental pollution.
  • Compliance to Air Products safety program and SHEQ policy.
  • Implementation of BSP and leading Quality (ISO) activities for Maintenance team.
  • Prepare budgets for Sei Mangkei H2 and N2 plants maintenance operations functions so that it has sufficient resources to achieve its agreed objectives.
  • To carry out and supervise proper Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument maintenance for all of N2 and H2 plants equipment as Corrective, Preventive and Predictive maintenance. The scope will also cover new plant operations in future.
  • To carry out and supervise periodic preventive Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument maintenance close to maintenance schedule (RMS/PM).
  • To ensure, proper care and supervise of Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument tools are allocated. To record any Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument spare part replacing and maintain the spare part in minimum required level and notify Store keeper or supervisor for necessary spare part purchase requisition.
  • To perform and supervise for Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annual maintenance activity/inspection.
  • To supervise any third party who perform Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument maintenance or installing new equipment.
  • Any ad-hoc activities which require by company.
  • Doing comprehensive analysis for any breakdown and malfunction of any equipment (RCA), implement and monitor the countermeasure in a effective and consistent way
  • Consistently execute the Inspection Task list to support the equipment reliability in a correct and sustainable way
  • Continuously work for the review and new creation of inspection task list as the outcome of its implementation and countermeasures of any RCA arise
  • Being part of the AM (Autonomous Maintenance) development and implementation

    JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • This position prefers a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in an Engineering discipline with 3 years or High School’s Degree Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument graduated is advantage with 6 years’ experience in either mechanical, electrical, instrument or mechanical maintenance supervising.
  • Language skills in English is a plus. The ability to speak, read and write in English is required. A working knowledge of computer programs such as Windows, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, etc. is desired.
  • Knowledge of SAP PM system is desirable.
