Implements after sales hardware support strategy for new POS terminals
Lead all Repair Centre setup, qualification and audit activities
Monitor and ensure that all regional KPIs and P&L reports meet the specified targets for all repair services within the region
Implements process & improvement to all POS and PCBA repair services within the region
Provide hardware technical information on products, spare parts, repair and security tools setup, installation, and maintenance to Ingenico subsidiaries, clients, and partners
Investigate and resolve hardware related issues in the field reported by Ingenico subsidiaries, clients, and partners
Implement maintenance and repair training programs to Ingenico subsidiaries, clients, and partners.
Provide guidance to Ingenico subsidiaries, clients and partners on product specifications, preventive, corrective maintenance, and best practices for repair.
Validate repair system software and diagnostic application changes prior to releasing to Ingenico subsidiaries, clients, and partners.
Troubleshoot and provide repair guidance to the component level on complex PCBA issues.

Functional competencies:
Extensive experience in the management of repair centres, repair KPIs and P&L.
Knowledgeable on basic repair and electronic principles
Knowledgeable of the latest technology i.e., Wi-Fi, 4g, 5G, NFC, Bluetooth, Android
Exposure to POS terminal or related devices will be an added advantage
