Job Description

In charge for all overall inbound, inventory, and outbound process

Make a decision for return refund claim

Monitor all transactions on a daily basis, investigate and analyze abnormal transcations

Train and develop agents, monitor individual performance agents

Follow up 3PL Daily Operations

Control and Monitoring 3PL for warehouse fulfillment (KPI and SLA)
Experienced as Supervisor (Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, etc) in related sector (E-Commerce/3PL/FMCG/Retail/Parts) min. 2 years

Able to converse in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English to communicate with external and internal stakeholders

Good in negotiation and performance control

Willing to be placed at Bali Area
