Job Description :

Champion EHS Zero Harm and Compliance programs. Ensure EHS global and local standards are maintained. Engage in promotion and achievement of EHS standards and practices, safety culture and mindset
Support production process and manufacturing control systems.
Develop and apply new processes or technologies to control production and process functions.
Product & process-related troubleshooting with appropriate issue resolution
Process improvements, optimization, and implementation projects.
Lead process of New product introductions and product transfers (including safety assessment related and training needed)
Analysis of deviations and definition/execution of the resulting actions.
Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and risk analysis where appropriate
Continuous updating of functional specifications (SOP), system data (PLM et.al.) and related documentation.
Ensure up to date process and product know-how.
