Job Description

Persyaratan
  • Minimum Education D3/S1, Maximum Age 40 years.
  • Experience as a bakery/pastry manufacturing production supervisor in Food or equivalent at least 3 years
  • Have a good leadership and problem solving spirit.
  • Understanding of GMP system, HACCP, ISO 22000, K3 and Halal Assurance System is a plus
  • Understand the pastry/bakery/dessert manufacturing process
  • Willing to work shifts and be placed in Kawasan Modern Industri Cikande - Banten.
Tanggung Jawab
  • Responsible for production dessert areas
  • Organize and coordinate with team leaders and operators for smooth dessert production
  • Conduct training for team leaders and operators. Overcome routine operational problems / perform troubleshooting
  • Reporting work results, deviations that occur, and improvement plans in order to achieve the targets set by the company
  • Controlling Reject products and their handling
  • Production schedule and actual target
