Collaborate with internal departments/users to determine recruitment needs
Sourcing potential candidates through online career portals, social platforms, and another platform as needed
Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends
Analyze fair compensations for both the candidate and company
Perform orientations and update records of new staff
Lead and manage employee engagement and branding to enhance team relations and attract talented recruits by:
Initiate and execute an engagement program
Maintain internal communication and curate materials to be posted
Improving awareness and attraction to grow interested of jobseeker in joining the company
Lead and manage people development program to enhance employee skills and knowledge by:
Collaborate with the user to identify the development needs
Plan and implement an effective training curriculum and material as needed
Monitor post-development program progress/report
Assist and support in all people and operation roles by:
Implement and evaluate all Human Capital policies, procedures, and structures
Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated in electronic and digital format
Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Capital, especially as generalist and/or talent acquisition
Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, human resources management or related subject
Advance in English both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience to create creative content and copywriting is a plus
Experience in event management and coordination is a plus
