Role Summary/Purpose:
Participating actively in keeping the safe, healthy, and secure work environment and also environmentally friendly (EHS), updating and enforcing hazard identification & risk assessment (HIRA) procedures to achieve quality standards & SHE compliance
Maintaining critical stock - must have materials & creating supply plan based on the projected demand nor planning/scheduling event for all sites
Monitoring inbound/outbound activities to ensure day to day materials availability & ensuring the process of receiving, storing, and issuing materials are align with standard operation procedure (SOP)
Ensuring the process of inventory taking (physical inventory check) for all sites
Maintaining trucking & other transportation services readiness
Working closely with Sourcing Specialist to fulfill consumable requirement in timely manner
regularly updating the safety stock level for all sites to minimize any obsolete/surplus stock
On time receiving indirect material to avoid any dispute in payment workflow
Able to deliver the best support to gain great impact to the organization on any big events such as Posko Lebaran, Christmas & New Year
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree major in Industrial Engineering, Management, or other relevant major
Min. 3 years of relevant experience (warehouse, supply chain, logistics) or have experience for internship in GE Transportation or Wabtec Corp
Fluent in English
Strong PC and database management skill including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Able to work under pressure, minimum supervision, and team player
Desired Characteristics:
Good communication & presentation skills
Working knowledge in ERP environment (Oracle desirable)
Knowledge on inventory planning & warehouse management processes
Flexible attitude, willing to take on additional responsibilities, team Player and Highly motivated
Willing to be relocated where the business is required
